Wanna see some more cute cards?

These are like way simple and still cute. I love the little bit of bling. Most of them are wedding but there are some plain ones too. Let me know if you want some...they are only $1 and include a blue envelope.

Popsicle season

Don't you just love summer?!?!? Check out the space between little Brig and the gals! Now look at the pictures below and you'll see why!! He LOVES a good popsicle, especially if it's orange and will make a HUMONGOUS mess!

I don't know if he got furious because I took the cardboard away from him to stop eating or because I brought him in the house for a bath! He was one angry little guy but cheered right up when he went back outside. Kenna and Syd have been so sweet to him...the take him about everywhere they go so he can play outside with them. He is one lucky little brother!

My favorite friend card...just about ever!

This card is easily one of my favorites...check out the tricky punched holes in the flower. LOVE IT! We made this one at club too. I have kits made up of these guys as well. I have pre-stamped or not. The pre-stamped are $11, the kit with one stamped card and the rest of the supplies ready for you to make are $8. Envelopes are included. You gotta love that little build-a-brad!

Mini-clipboard

Check out how cute this little clipboard is!!! It is a perfect card/gift! I put our picture in mine and with the magnet on the back I put in on my magnet board. I have these available for $3 each already made and ready to give! Check out the other designs. Of course, if you are in my club you already made these. Which reminds me...if you are interested in joining a stamp club where you make fun stuff every month, let me know and I'll get you the details!

Color Challenge

OK...so I am late on posting this one but you have to see the card I created based on this color challenge. I even used the little squares in the corner of the card! We made this one at club last month but I have some kits put together for sale too...just check the next post to see the card and the details

Another card kit

This is another card kit but this one is all stamped and ready for you to assemble. I have stamped a small orange star in place of the star eyelet so you can add the eyelet if you want or leave it as is. This one really is cuter in person! Because it is pre-stamped it is a bit more than the other kits that aren't. It's $11 and includes the envelopes.

Pocket card kit

I am finally getting around to posting some of the fun stuff I have been making. If you are in my club you have already seen this one. It really is adorable. I have made up some kits you can purchase that have 1 card all done and the supplies cut and ready for you to stamp and make 5 more cards. You will need your own adhesive, staples, and some stamps but it's all ready to make including envelopes. Cost is $8. If you want it pre-stamped it's $11 and you can choose the saying for the front. It can be a thank you, birthday, wedding...really you name it!

School's out!

SCREAM AND SHOUT!!!! I get SO excited when my kids are getting out of school. I miss them when they are gone all day and I love the relaxation of summer. Let's be honest...it also gives me a couple more hands, eyes, and voices to help with Brigham and Izzy. The greatest part of the last week of school was that Isabel graduated from preschool. It was so much fun to see her sing and do her part to boss everyone around. It was so darn cute. She is still a firecracker! Sydney and McKenna brought her some pink carnations...I don't know who was more excited, the girls to give them or Isabel to carry them around!

9. What meal do you cook most often? Isabel loves noodles so I'll go with noodles or homemade pizza
10. What is your kids favorite meal? They are so sweet and compliment almost every meal but I think it's probably homemade pizza no...it's chicken puffs, I need to make those
11. What is your favorite thing your husband does with your kids? I love when he puts them to bed. I get so tired by nightfall that I just can't do it! I also love when he plays baseball or soccer with them.
12. What are 5 things that make you smile when you’re being a mom?

1. Isabel's clothing choices and hair do-s.
2. Brigham saying ma and hugging me.
3. McKenna reading to me when I don't feel well.

21. What is your most heartbreaking moment as a mom? Seeing the worry and concern they had when I went through cancer. No child should be that scared or worried, ever.

And I know my family already did this so I tag Angi Holt, Kari Lyn Harris, Tanya Wilky,

6 random things ANSWERED

So it's time for the answers and the prizes. This was so funny! I laughed at some of the guesses...especially yours Tanya!

1. Where is my favorite place in my house? A couple of you got this one...it's definitely my stamp/craft room. It's the only room that is totally decorated and almost all mine.

2. What is my favorite movie? Surprisingly no one guessed this one. I love the Ultimate Gift. I also love any romantic comedy...Serendipidy, Sleepless in Seattle, You've Got Mail, Pillow Talk, Sweet Home Alabama, The Notebook, Somewhere in Time...but the #1 choice right now is the Ultimate Gift

3. What is my least favorite food? A couple of you got this one!!! Eggs and yes, Rachelle, mustard is a close second

4. If I could go anywhere on vacation where would it be? Chelsey pegged this one, Hungary. I served my mission there and have wanted to go back as a tourist for years. Rachelle is right for second place with Nauvoo and to visit mom in Chicago. Third would be Disneyworld. I know Meg is probably saying Hungary is in Europe but it's really eastern Europe so Chels got that one.

5. What size shoe do I wear? (you notice I didn't ask for pant size...AUUUGH!) Kira and Rachelle got this one....it's a 6 1/2. Although if its a red shoe, I could make almost any size work!

So here's the totals...in first place with 3 correct answers we have Chelsey, Megan, and Rachelle. Second place was Kira with 2 right answers and third place was a tie with no right answers between Kody and Tanya. So...drumroll please....I'll send everybody a prize!!

Last chance

OK...last chance on the 6 random questions about me. If you are checking out my blog you have to take a guess at my questions. Then, I guess I'll tell you all the answers and get some prizes out. Chelsey insists I still need to post 6 random things about me anyhow. Rude, huh?!?!?

Here goes....and I don't have time to find random pictures to match so it won't be near as cool as Chelsey or Rachelle's! :)

1. I love to eat dough! Batter will also do in a pinch. I love bread dough, cookie dough, pancake batter, even homemade egg noodles before they are cooked. Weird, I know!

2. I love to read. If I had the time everyday I would spend at least an hour just reading. I read the Harry Potter series twice.

3. I have a crush on Michael Buble'. I even like him more than Josh Groban and I hate to admit it, but I like him more than Bon Jovi. That voice, the smirk, the eyes...I'm a gonner!

4. I actually like the smell of ModPodge. I think it's a childhood thing. My mom was a crafter and I think I was raised on the smell of ModPodge. It just means I am making something so I like the smell. If you have no idea what I am talking about you just don't know about dip n' drape dolls and the likes.

5. I can't sew. I know you all think I am crafty but I haven't put any effort into sewing. I made a pillowcase and a bag (which I still have) in Jr. High and I haven't attempted much since. I think it shows my weakness as a true mother because I don't make my kids' Halloween costumes. I just like to use the ones my mom made or buy them or well...glue what I can together. I do enjoy my glue gun.

Is that random enough?

Piano recital

It's that time of year when we get to see all that our kids have learned over the fall and winter. We went to a piano recital for Sydney and McKenna on Saturday and we were so impressed. They have both learned so much! McKenna played the Pink Panther. Sydney played a duet Can You Feel the Love Tonight and then a solo of Triad Toccatina. They are confident and play so well. It was fun to listen! We are going to miss their piano teachers though. McKenna's teacher, Megan, is heading on a mission to Texas. Sydney's teacher, Melissa, is headed to college this fall. We have loved their sweet way of teaching the girls. It is amazing how much they each enjoy practicing and I really think it's because of their teachers. We'll miss you!

Utah history program

McKenna is in fourth grade so they did their program on Utah History. It was AMAZING!!! They sang some really great songs and showed all that they had learned this year. It was so much fun to watch. I am so proud of her and her dedication to learning and reading. She is one remarkable youg lady!

McKenna also has some great friends. I love this picture of her and Aspen. They are 2 bugs in a rug!!

Cutest dang boutique stuff!

This is some of the stuff I have left from the boutique I did. These are the famouse lunch notes. You may have seen them on Chelsey's blog or on Lisa Bearnson's. They are so great because you get 40 notes in a cute tin already for you to personalize and put in your kid's lunch or your hubbies wallet...just anywhere to remind your family and friends you love them. They are $6.95 (all the prices are plus shipping unless you can come pick them up). I also have some packs in a organdy bag instead of the tin for $4.95.

Someone better buy these before I break into them and eat the whoppers! It's just a cute little gift maybe for your visiting teachers or even yourself! Hey...it's only $2.95.

More boutique!

This is a great one to give away if you don't eat the butterscotch candies first! It's $3.95.

This is a fun container filled with 10 notecards and envelopes already to sign and give away. I like the box almost as much as the cards. I only have 3 of these and they are $7.95.

Color Challenge

So I LOVE to go to Kristina Werner's blog and see what she has created. She has such a clean, crisp style but way fun. She posts a color challenge each week and since I just started blogging I didn't really have anywhere to post by cards I created. NOW I CAN!!! So...it's the first color challenge but here are the cards I came up with. This is my new favorite combo!

You'll have to crank your head sideways to get the jist of this one...my computer is NOT listening to me.

Side note...I am preparing little card kits so you can purchase a kit and make these cards for yourself. They will come with one finished card you can copy to make 5 more so you'll have a total of 6 cards. The cardstock, ribbon, everything is pre-cut and ready to make. It includes everything but adhesive, even the envelopes are in there! If you don't have the stamp set I used you can substitute another one or you can purchase it. What do you think of that plan? Give me some feedback! I am thinking around $9 in price unless it's got some extra goodies. You can order as many kits as you would like.

No more bags

Just an update that I am sold out of the cute totes....sorry! (oh, and thanks megan!)

6 Random Things

OK...I have time for about one blog today and then I'll try to get some pictures of my latest cards. I have some fun stuff almost ready for you all to check out!! Chelsey tagged me to list 6 random things about me and I decided to change it up a bit. I am going to list 6 questions about me. You can list your guesses in the comments. I will send a little surprise to the person who gets it right. If there is more than one I'll draw for the winner...

1. Where is my favorite place in my house?
2. What is my favorite movie?
3. What is my least favorite food?
4. If I could go anywhere on vacation where would it be?
5. What size shoe do I wear? (you notice I didn't ask for pant size...AUUUGH!)

Soccer Stars

It seems strange, but I love being a soccer mom. It is so fun to see my girls running and getting aggressive and loving soccer. Both Sydney and McKenna scored goals at their games on Saturday. We hustled back after the breast cancer walk and even though we were late for McKenna's game with the Pink Pumas, she scored a goal! WAHOOOO! Sydney's game was after Kenna's and she scored a goal at her game too. YIPPPEE!!

Dancing Diva

Introducing...our little dancing diva....ISABEL, or chabela if you like that name. So, if you know Izzy you know that she is one spirited little girl and there is always a story. I have said for years that I am going to make a badge for my little independent girls that says they dressed themselves. For example, I am not one to love polka-dots, leopard print, and say a blue jacket all in one outfit. Izzy on the other hand just loves to do her thing. She has been in a phase of all one color from head to toe but she breaks out once in a while. Well, I finally made the badge and she wore it long enough to show of her "chipmunk dance" and then said it wasn't so cute so she didn't want to wear it. I should have known the independence would take over. So...I am back to reminding about everyone I see that I am not colorblind, nor do I WANT my kids to be teased. They are just their own little people!
